Yesterday (March 28, 2025), a 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar, causing tremors in parts of Thailand. As an expat living in Bangkok for eight years, I want to reassure everyone back home that things are normal in my area, and the overall impact has been minimal. Since the epicenter was in Myanmar, far from Thailand, the country mainly experienced aftershocks.
