最近剛好跟泰國同事一起吃199吃到飽，有幸學到製作正宗青木瓜沙拉~

泰國的199吃到飽非常划算，很超值 ◦ 有大尾蝦子、螃蟹、超大顆蛤蠣、一點都不輸台灣899的高級料理店！太超值，連泰國人本身也很常光顧！

泰國菜第一道菜必吃什麼？

當地小知識：泰國朋友介紹，真正的泰國菜，一開始一定要吃青木瓜沙拉，因為青木瓜會分泌保護胃的物質，之後吃泰式又酸又辣的料理，胃才不會受到傷害。

 

泰國當地人的正宗泰式青木瓜做法

剛好這家店現場有製作青木瓜沙拉的道具，泰國人索性指導我這個台灣來的初學者，

以下簡介手做正宗青木瓜的流程，非常容易！

1. 將辣椒、蒜頭等放進搗缽裡搗碎　

2. 切好木瓜絲並清洗乾淨　

3. 加入切絲的番茄、四季豆等材料　

4. 添加砂糖及＂魚露＂等調味

5. 輕輕地用飯匙及木棒輕傾搗勻

 

完成後就有一盤道地的泰式涼拌青木瓜可以享用囉！！！
