泰國身為全球美食大國，路邊攤或小吃店非常多，任一家賣的食物其實都很道地美味。介紹一下小吃攤比較主要的幾樣食物及文化

1. 打拋豬肉飯 (50泰銖)
在泰國，隨便一家路邊攤做出來的打拋豬肉飯都非常地道地，完全不會輸給台灣高檔泰國餐廳。口味很重很好吃，但要注意的是，也會非常非常的辣。記得要跟老闆說一下”賣呸”(不辣)，不然等等就得狂灌水。
在地吃法：非常建議要求加一個半熟的荷包蛋，泰文叫做”凱刀”。這樣吃非常美味，連當地泰國人也都會這麼吃

2. 豬雜湯 (45泰銖)
泰國人跟我們一樣，也很愛吃豬內臟，大部分小吃攤都會提供這種湯品 (美食文化很厲害的地方都吃內臟, 像…台.泰.法 XD自己說~)。
泰國人本身也是很挑食的，小吃攤廚師的廚藝都被訓練得相當不錯，豬肝及豬心等都煮的很嫩，不會有太乾的問題。
在地分享：愛喝啤酒的食客們，一般店家也不介意你攜帶酒品到他們餐廳享用。
餐廳中的佛桌-夾錢求運
泰國人非常信佛，經過任何的佛像及祭祀的佛桌，他們都會雙手合十，虔誠的祭拜一下。部分餐廳會放置如下圖的”夾錢香”，可以夾個20泰銖，祈求好運旺旺!
