There are plenty of great spots to relax and recharge—here’s a sample weekend itinerary for expats in Thailand.

在泰國工作等到周末了，今天有計畫的充實享受一整天
泰拳學校
首先、先衝去泰拳學校，好好地使勁對著教練&沙包拳打腳踢，全部釋放一周的壓力（及脂肪）！
一般而言，一堂泰拳課約1.5小時，價格在250-500銖，打完精疲力盡
泰拳館在曼谷很多選擇，如下方的Google Map地圖，搜尋關鍵字：มวยไทย(泰拳的泰文)、Muay Thai，就會出現很多泰拳學校搜尋結果。
設備上任一家品質都不錯，主要是選老師，看老師多會帶氣氛（會帶的，一堂課很操，非常值得）幾家好評的也各有主打風格，像是：這家拳擊館主打老師是職業泰拳手、這家拳擊教室則是主打結合健身教練的.
泰拳運動強度偏高，會用到拳、腿、肘、膝等各種身體部位，再加上俐落明快的攻擊節奏，算是結合有氧與無氧運動，消脂同時也可增加肌肉量；泰拳比一般有氧運動、跑步，更能有效運動到全身的肌肉，一般打泰拳一小時約能消耗600-800卡路里，1.5小時1000卡跑不掉！
大吃泰國菜
第二、泰拳完當然要去大吃大喝，本日選擇道地泰國菜+清涼椰子
（通常泰拳館附近都有餐廳，知道打完泰拳的人一定馬上想吃ＸＤ）
在氣氛極佳的餐廳，吃著我最愛的咖哩螃蟹，補充打拳損失的體力！

曼谷還有很多好吃的小吃，畢竟是美食大國，有泰國人帶你逛的話，比較不會看到花花綠綠的顏色不敢點來吃，專業講解更深入體驗更多種泰式小吃。
泰式按摩
泰拳完的肌肉痠痛不是美食可以舒緩的，吃飽接著來按摩一下，泰國按摩一小時從200銖到2,500銖都有，看裝潢高級程度、選的項目、按摩時間長短
小技巧：可以先購買自己喜歡的按摩專用精油，這裡按摩店是可以自己攜帶精油的
好處是：
(1) 可以選擇自己喜歡的香味，按摩完身體會殘留一股淡淡的香味
(2) 店家用的精油一般品質不會太好，有可能傷害皮膚，還是自己買比較安全
精油按摩 300THB，今日的酸痛，馬上消失殆盡
Live Band 小酒館
第四、按摩完，到Live Band 小酒館，曼谷夜生活選擇非常多，酒吧、Club、Live House都頗有水準。
喝點小酒，與朋友們暢談+聽音樂放鬆，結束今天這回合
